With the upgraded authentication flow:

- In the Connect LinkedIn card, click Connect LinkedIn.
- A pop-up window will appear. Enter your LinkedIn email and password.
- Complete the CAPTCHA verification if prompted.
- Wait for the success message: “LinkedIn account is successfully connected!”
- Once confirmed, close the pop-up.
✅ You should now see your Location ID and Account ID listed beneath the confirmation message.
Task 2: Connect Chat
- Still in the Connect & Support tab, locate the Connect Chat card.
- Enter the following field keys:
- Provider ID Field Key
- Chat ID Field Key
- Click Connect Chat.
- Wait for the confirmation message: “Field IDs retrieved successfully!”
✅ Once complete, two-way LinkedIn messaging will be enabled for your workflows.
Next Steps
